Description:
This is a wonderful pair of vintage 20th century Indonesian puppets. These puppets are beautifully carved and painted in the traditional Indonesian style. The highly detailed painted faces and head adornments or crowns are in mint condition. The puppets are dressed in beaded velvet bodices with traditional hand made batik skirts. The stands were custom crafted for these dolls and are of solid walnut. These are great decorative elements.
