This is a great example of the reknown Maison Jansen Savonarola Steel and Brass chair. The Jansen examples of this type of chairs are distinguished by their beautiful Ram's Head finials on the back supports. This chairs has all of the tipical Jansen bells and whistles and is in excellent overal condition with original leather. The steel has a bit of oxidation which is normal (even desirable) for a piece of this age. This chair incorporates perfectly into a mid-century design or traditional designed room.
