Description:
This a large and handsome period George III/Regency Mahogany Bowfront Chest of Drawers that dates to c, 1790-1810. The chest is composed of three cockbeaded drawers below a pull-out brushing slide. The figured mahogany is in excellent overall condition with very minor restorations. The brass hardware is original; two locks are lacking. This chest would work well in a bedroom, dining room or library; the brushing slide would make a great bar element.
