This is a great set of 4 early 19th c. original Curtis Botanical hand-colored engravings. The folios date to shortly after the death of Curtis; are all in very good condition- with expected folding. These particular engravings are very masculine in feel as they depict the whole plant's life cycle and not simply the more common flower images.
