This is a beautifully hand painted German Oyster plate. The plate is decorated with hand painted sailboats and other water elements. Blue and White is always in style and it is unusual to find an oyster plate decorated in this manner. The plate dates to the late 19th/early 20th c. and is in excellent condition.
