Description:
This is a great example of an American late 18th century or early 19th century pine tavern table. The table is in overall good condition considering its 200+ years of use. The overhanging bread board top combined with the large hand forged nails give the table added character. The surface appears to retain it's original (or old) surface beneath a 20th century coat of varnish which could be easily removed. Provenance available upon request.
