This is a charming period Queen Anne Side Chair that dates to the early 18th c. The chair is in overall study condition. with an old, Probably refinished in the distant past, surface. At some point, the stretchers were removed in an attempt to modernize the chairs; fortunately, this does not detract from the decorative value of the chair. The chair retains its old, very worn upholstery. We will reupholster the seat with the client’s fabric at a nominal charge.
