This is an unusual pair of early 20th century Chinese Porcelain Vases fitted as Lamps. The porcelain is decorated with classical Egyptian themes in black and gold over a daring red brick background. The vases are supported by a chinese carved wood circular “plinth” and are fitted with brass electrical elements. Note that the lamps feature a custom matching finial. The bold coloration and Egyptian theme turn these lamps into statement pieces that would lend interest to multiple design settngs from Deco to Modern to Empire. We are having the the lamps rewired by a professional electrician. Shades are not included.
