This is a very decorative pair of 18th century Italian Gilt and marbelized double candle sconces. Both of the sconces are in overall very good condition. They are finely carved in the Baroque style with gold leaf and marbelized detailing. 18th century Italian gilt wood sconces of this size and fine detailing are increasingly difficult to source—making this pair a true find. We have had the wiring and sockets inspected by a well-respected lighting specialist. The sconces are ready for installation in their new home.
