This is a classic English 19th century Faux Bamboo Cabinet that is topped with a good antique grey and white marble. The cabinet features a long drawers over a two door lower cabinet with an interior shelf. Although this charming piece was probably intended as a dressing table or wash stand, it also makes the perfect small dining or breakfast room server or bedside chest. Additionally, it can easily be adapted to fit a custom sink (but please save the original marble with it’s great natural patina). The cabinet is in very good original condition with great patina and some fading. If desired, we will remove the top section of the marble to provide a more contemporary flat surface.
