This is a charming all original Spanish provincial low side table or console. The table shows centuries of use with its heavily patinated top surface with, as shown in photos, an age related split to the front of top and its richness of character. The table features a single front drawer with some remaining interior section, original forged iron hardware and lock. It lacks the front lock plate. The table retains its original wood elements. The leg tips have worn down over centuries of use over damp rough stone floors—we are having the tips restored to their original height. The table is out being spiffed up with several coats of hard paste wax.
